Cannot find Shortcut Bar due to AutoHide enabled.
Cause:
The Shortcut Bar has been configured for AutoHide. The Shortcut Bar will only appear when the cursor or pointer comes near it and will disappear immediately when the pointer no longer rests on it.
Solution:
Right-click on a blank spot on the Shortcut Bar and select 'Auto Hide' from the Shortcut menu to remove the check mark.
